Discourse on the Origin and Basis of Inequality Among Men (Part II)
Dimanche 12 octobre 2008Are people born equal and free? The only thing that I can assure you is that they are not one second after their birth. We could be born with different abilities and perceptions and even if we rebalanced the scales again, inequality would spread regarding of everyone’s potential, ambition and will. Seeking a social inequality is necessary for the progress of Humans. It is the skeleton of a just society and should be distinguished from the “unfair inequality” that is commonly rejected.
